Christopher Malcolm, who portrayed Zev Senesca, also known as Rogue 2 from Empire, has passed away

Is that really his own voice in ESB or was he redubbed (Which happens quite a lot in Star Wars).

 

His expression when Han goes "Good morning...nice of you guys to drop by" is great. Good actor. Sad he passed on.

 

I've always tried to avoid the subject, but Star Wars is getting up there in age. Many of the great actors of the past are being lost. Incredibly sad that we lost Rogue 2. I'm still crushed that we suddenly lost Motti.

Bummer. But, yeah, RIP. May he forever fly his snowspeeder in the sky.

 

Wherever he is, I hope he found 'em. Repeat...

 

Sad. Of all the rebel extras, this guy is by far the warmest. Love his expressions when flying over the snow on that crystal-clear morning after he finds Han. Beautiful little passage in TESB.

 

Thats really sad, i remember that brief scene that he's in very fondly. R.I.P

Very sad to see someone who impacted our childhood to go...even in a small way. I named one of my Dungeons and Dragons characters Zev when I was 11 or 12.

I always joke with my daughter, "If it wasn't for Zev finding Luke and Han, they would have died and the rebels would have lost! Where's his statue???"
