See, I think Luke may end up being the ancient founder of the Borg as we know them, having taken their name from those cute little seal-puffins, much like the Sith took their name from those red people. His daughter Rey will become the distant ancestor of Jean-Luc Picard, named for his memory.

I wonder if those Borgs have any connection to the Owls we see in CW and Rebels

Just got back from seeing Spiderman: Homecoming. Me and Moll both loved it, the best Spiderman I think I've ever seen. It was just so fun. :)

So I relented and watched a few episodes of Doctor Who. No familiarity with it at all, so I started with the first two episodes with Eccleston.

A bit cheesy so far, but quite fun.

Now you've entered the Who zone, which will never let you go! Ahahaha!!!!

Eccleston is a perfect place to start though.

I'm currently engaged in a rewatch-through of every episode of Who ever. I just finished the First Doctor this morning. Only 13 more to go. ;)

Its quite good fun Heels! I also started with Eccleston. Someday I'll have to get through classic who too. Today I actually started watching Season 10 finally, well the Christmas specials right before it.:p

I for one am excited. This could be great to give new life to the show. Just annoying seeing comments on the internet over feminist/SJW/etc agenda

I'm sitting in my back yard and in the past fifteen minutes I've seen three raccoons, a cat, and a skunk going back and forth along the same path. It gets so much traffic there's actually a trail worn into the grass.

Anyone else agree that Mace Windu death is among the saddest in the saga ?

I don't think I've ever seen a living raccoon, only dead ones :(:p Same for skunks.

We have a pheasant who lives in our backyard somewhere. He likes to just chill in the yard sometimes and squak :p

Oh yeah, it's incredibly irritating, but after the reactions to Rey, Jyn Erso, and Forces of Destiny, it wasn't unexpected.

Maybe it's cheesy for me to say this, but as a female fan it really does mean a lot to see women on screen. To an extent that surprises even me, infact.:p I've never had a problem cheering for male heroes in franchises like Star Wars and Doctor Who, but with these recent developments, here and elsewhere, like Wonder Woman, it really is starting to feel like we've made progress.[face_dancing]

P.S. I will be sad to see Capaldi go though, I loved his take on the Doctor.
P.P.S. Hope they find a way to get Bill pots back, thought she was a great companion.

You should come over. We can have drinks and play wildlife bingo.
I used to do this when my buddy lived next door. :p

Also I am very jealous of having a pheasant in your back yard. I'm quite familiar with raccoons and skunks, but believe it or not I've only had a handful of very fleeting pheasant encounters.

Not really near my home though.

I think as far as Birds we have a nice variety ( Recently we saw some that where migratory and apparently come from Canada- but can't remember the name :p.

I think you'd have to go somewhere more secluded from civilization to find nice wildlife- A bit higher up in the mountains (like 3,000 meters) (and an hour away) I believe you can find deer and even Puma's (and maybe, maybe a Mountain Tapir or a Spectacled Bear but those are very hard to find).

This was a recent siting of a Spectacled Bear in which a photographer captured a whole family
