Well, here's the thing man. I like Elfman's music too. His Batman score in the 80s was very good and I am an outlier in that I loved his work on Age of Ultron. But his decisions and attitude here just scream contempt towards what Zack and Hans have built musically. Other than the LOTR/Hobbit scores, the scores for MoS and BvS are my favorite soundtracks.

 

Destiny 2 was another game I got quite early, not release day, about a week after, but I really liked the first, darkspine10 only recently bought the first so we could play together, I had already played the game myself, but the multiplayer aspect of it is great. To be honest, Destiny 2 was great but the story was a bit short, it was maybe not long enough to warrant a £45 price tag, but I guess it was worth it

I am having an internal struggle to whether or not to pre-order Battlefront II

 

It is never a good idea to attempt to “course correct” while also alienating your core audience. Look at what happened with the Star Trek movies. Look at what happened to Halo games. In both cases, the makers tried to gain more mass appeal by changing the very core of their franchises, and now the Star Trek movies are all but dead again and Halo is not even a shadow of its former self.

Ever since the theatrical release of BvS, WB has been trying to make the movies feel so “fun” that they ended up turning out generic products. Wonder Woman is good, but Suicide Squad suffered greatly due to their knee jerk reaction and now JL isn’t even looking like a product of its director. WB claims to be a director driven studio, but with how they have handled both Ayer and Snyder now that claim seems to be false. Plus the reception of BvS is entirely on WB, considering Snyder’s cut is far better received even by those who hated BvS in the theater.

Seriously, when is WB going to allow Snyder to release his far superior cut in theaters?

I can absolutely justify paying $60 for a lot of games(not every one) espescially if it's something I really enjoy and want to support the developers. Though I don't have the money to buy 3 at once I'm saving assassins Creed for Christmas since I'm gonna get Battlefront 2 soon.

Also in my one classes today we gave short presentations and after each person finished our professor gave us some candy and a McDonalds coupon

 

Well, technically Bane is a Star Wars character, but being Cad Bane might be a little weird since I'm a girl.

Anyway, Halloween was pretty fun. My sister was dressed as Rey and we both stood in the driveway and handed out candy to all the trick-or-treaters while we played SW music and we had a Death Star light out there.

Our next door neighbors’ had a full-on setup that was basically like a Haunted House inside their house. They’ve had this graveyard covering their lawn for weeks but last night was the first time I went inside while it was all decorated and I was super impressed how transformed their home was and how many creepy Halloween things they had. I’m not really into the creepy stuff, but their set-up was so good I was thoroughly impressed.

Anyway, goal for today: Get boxes out of the attic and start decorating for Christmas.

Honestly I’m more excited for Thor at this point.

 

Still more excited for JL no doubt. Cause its Batman.
