I know you haven't been playing much attention to R1, so I just wanted to say we might be getting more along these lines than you may realize.
Also, to my eye it looks WAY prettier than TFA.

I'm not agreeing with you guys on being burnt out on Empire vs Rebellion (because admittedly sometimes it is repetitive cough TFA) but I don't care as long as it presents something new.

Rogue One does that (or I assume it does- I could be wrong like with TFA last year).

I've given in and bought some more models. They were the cheapest I've seen them.

I got a ROTS Trade Federation Battleship for £12.99, and the Invisible Hand for £21.99.




I really hope that they release another line of models like the Black Range last year.

Hey y'all. Happy Sunday. Dunno if I'll make it for ROTJ on time; wanted to watch Civil War, hopefully it should be done by the time we're watching ROTJ though; if not I'll just catch up.

I'd watch it now ahead of time except that I still have two more pages to write. And I'm procrastinating as I'm just about out of things to say.

Reading y'all's posts about RO makes me more excited to see it; I myself could do with less of the rebels & empire stuff too, as I prefer the stuff with the force and lightsabers and all (for me personally, the fewer space battles & piloting stuff, the better ), but everything I've seen so far has me optimistic that it'll be a good film. Especially looking forward to Bail & Chirrut. And Vader & Krennic.

Don't really see what the problem is with being introduced by RO to Star Wars.

If anything, I would argue that it's a good thing because it doesn't create problems for someone who is curious about Star Wars but has never seen it - If it's too convoluted to follow, it becomes pointless and difficult to follow (which is an issue with the Marvel films).

 

Yeah no problems here, Same with TFA.

(I don't like TFA but agree about getting into it)


Also it's worthwhile for supposed "fans" who say "Where are the Bothan's?"

 

My friend has finished watching ROTS.

She put it in first place, so her ranking is 3, 2, 1, 7, 4.

She thought Anakin was a bit of an idiot, but she also admired his chest and CG arm.
