Anybody wish they could see the prequels in black and white? I think the black and white coloring would be really suitable for Revenge of the Sith. It could work.

 

Funnily enough, no I don't...

 

Me either, I love the rich color palettes and the symbolism established with color.

 

Why?! Whoever was in product development that day when they decided to go through with that clearly weren't thinking straight or with the global marketplace in mind....So. Many. Other. Combos!!! So many other ones to pick from and they went with melon, white chocolate and cheese??? Ick. Whoever decided on that should be fired.

.....unless on the off chance it is actually fine, I guess, but from the way it was written it sure didn't seem like it.....

 

Anyway, my inner craftsman has just finished its seventeenth complete Grievous drawing, and I will say that I'm a little better than I was three months ago

Congrats! From one crafter to another. 17 complete ones is impressive, especially for a character such as Grievous, who seems like he would be harder to draw than others.

 

It's Japan. It's not too far of a stretch from fairy-floss flavoured Fanta.

 

I've only got six. I wasted my term break on here rather than drawing.

I just read a very informative article on Japanese Kit Kats. I had no idea.

 

I dunno about black and white. I'm not sure the detail would show up very well, especially the CG parts. RotS is a visually busy film and I don't think it would be particularly convincing in black and white.

Speaking of recolouring Star Wars, I've found somebody who's altered scenes from the PT to match the OT colour palette, and added film grain.


Looks great to my eye...
