JCC [Returning JCCers] A summary of changes since u been gone

With four threads, Community is basically a Doctor Who board now.

And we tend to take over other threads as well.

For example, let's consider how many Doctors it's been since some of the returning JCers left. "Revenge of the Sith" opened in May 2005, which overlaps with Nine. So some JCers may have been absent for the entirety of Ten's tenure and (looking ahead) at least half of Eleven's.
