What about the gold borders on 4,5 and 6?

The Box Set had Silver borders, although 1 and 2 have the gold....

    WRONG.

    Silver is WIDE SCREEN
    Gold is Pan 'n' Scan

Gold was released in the US only.

or was it the other way round?????

Nope, you're right, Silver (or platinum as they market it) is widescreen, and gold is for those silly Americans who think the black bars cut off the tops and bottoms of the picture.

But if you compare the two trilogy dvds, the lettering on the prequels is gold and the original is silver.

...if only there were Jedi "tie" Starfighters instead of B-Wings, then there'd have been a lot more believing it!

Well i can tell that is it fake...but i must say that is done really well...

i mean i would not be surprise if the actual dvd cover looks like that...

although i think that there would be a larger picture of sidious on the fronts, as this is the dark side movie

I can't imagine Padme NOT being on the DVD cover, when Mace is.
Mace was a terrible character and Padme owned.

Actually what's funniest is that SM left out the object in that sentence, rendering it at best incomplete. :p
