Sorry to reign your parade, but "Marathon" has been known as "Snickers" all over the world for years...It's only the British being British, and deciding to have things their own way and be awkward by calling it a differnt name.

Yeh, infact i work with a lass who found an unopened multi pack of them in her grandma's cupbord [face_shocked] not so long ago. Suffice to say they were out of date.

I know that. My veiled point was that we (USA) refused to adopt the metric system, even though most of the world did. Kinda like the Snickers/Marathon debate.

BTW, the 1st time I drove overseas, I didn't realize the speedometer was metric. I thought I was driving 140MPH on the autobahn in a minivan.
