Richmond,VA Richmond has a new Baseball Team!

So now we have the Richmond Flying Squirrels.

Ok, so I hate the name but I will still take the family out to see the games.

What do y'all think?

Its a great little name. Promotes interest amongst the kids I would think. As a result, they may even ask their parents to take them to a game. I've enjoyed going to braves games throughout the years so I imagine I'll be hitting a couple squirrels games sometime in the near future. I kinda like it!

We should set up a Commonwealth Cantina Family Night at the Diamond!

 

So who wants to buy Connecticut!?! No, not the state, the Indian sculpture out at the Diamond. I see they're trying to find a home for him. They should put him down at the entrance to Jamestown!
