Man I loved the young ones when I was a kid. He was great on that show.

 

This was a great show for kids in the UK.

 

And The New Statesman. It wasn't so much a comedy as it was a commentary on the awful Tory government installed in Britain in the 1980's. This is the first episode. As someone who grew up on The Young Ones, this saddens me. Here's another clip I'd like to add:

 

I love the Bottom Live show, especially the clip of Ade and Rik breaking character. Some killer lines?

The first bottom live show is one of the funniest things I've ever seen. The 'breaking character' stuff was mostly scripted as it happened when I saw it onstage (not the recorded show) but is still ****ing funny
