Thanks! I hope it didn't seem too rushed...I'm still trying to work on my timing for fight scenes. But yes...there are only 3 baddies left now. @SkywalkerShine

Jacen didn't actually kill two of the Vong, though, only knocked them out for the time being. Although, they ARE going to be bleeding rather badly from their leg wounds. Anyway, I wanted to be able to leave a way for Ziv and Skamos to interrogate the two, if @Kaleesh-Cyborg wanted to go that way.

Hey @SiouxFan and @WarmNyota_SweetAyesha! How are you guys? @Kaleesh-Cyborg informed me that I could take over their character until they get back. Hopefully, everything is going well for Kaleesh. But yeah, I just wanted to give you a heads up.

I'm hoping I didn't hose anybody with the scene I just wrote...I'm not really sure how to write a role-playing 'sabre fight, so I just wrote what I saw in my head!

 

Your fight scene was pretty good, @SiouxFan! Great work. And nah, you're fine. We'll just wait on @WarmNyota_SweetAyesha or @Kaleesh-Cyborg to post next, then I'll post after one of them.

Since we've got a couple of 'dark' Jedi here, I've started to interrogate Nala a bit to see if she'll talk...maybe we can do the same with both? I used a bit of 'carrot and stick' with Nala...giving her the option that she doesn't have to return to where ever it is she came from.

Hmm... That's a good idea. I was really thinking about having Jarvis and Nala taken to Luke and the others while the Young Jedi Knights team go on their mission to find the Yuuzhan Vong mastermind. But yeah, that's a good idea, Sioux!

 

I had Zekk start to interact with Jarvis & want to know if or how we can shift Kaleesh over to wanting to help out. I can totally understand his aversion to all things Jedi given what happened on his homeworld. It will take quite a bit to separate these individual Jedi from the ones who ravaged his world. (Of course if they were Sith, his people may not have been in a position to realize or care about the difference.)

I like the idea of turning Jarvis and Nala over to the Masters...I was really only planning on our Jedi to question and advise while escorting them back to 'base'. I'm kinda hoping that one of the two 'dark' Jedi will confirm Quorra's Tattoine story. That way, our guys would have a little more to go on.

@WarmNyota_SweetAyesha: I really liked Zekk's thinking in your last post! And his comments to Jarvis.

@Kaleesh-Cyborg; @SkywalkerShine --the interaction between Quorra and Skamos was really good!

@WarmNyota_SweetAyesha - Hmm... That's an interesting idea. Perhaps Quorra could convince Skamlös and Ziv to join them to find the rogue Vongs? Perhaps this would be a way for her and them to have character development, along with the other characters. What do you guys think?

@SiouxFan - Yeah! We could do that. I think Jarvis will be more willing to tell the Jedi something, since he's starting out as an apprentice. Plus, I did like the post about his family maybe being held hostage. Perhaps one of the mastermind's lackey's have his family prisoner somewhere. Just an idea.

I really liked the last few chapters...thought they were a lot of fun to read.

Just a quick question: what are we going to do with Skamlos? I doubt he's going to want to leave with our merry gang of Jedi, even if he weren't a slave to Ziv...there's just too much distrust on his part. Kaleesh, I'm assuming you're going to have him try to escape? Maybe have him meet up with Quorra sometime in the future?

I ask because I think we've finished this arc of the story, but we can explore trying to free Skamos if we want! Otherwise, off to Tatooine?

Maybe Zekk can find out more from Jarvis on the walk back to 'camp'?

 

@SkywalkerShine and I have been discussing this. He will most likely tag along begrudgingly, but his role looks like it will travel in a different direction after that.

 

Works for me! I was just trying get a mental outline of where we were headed.

 

Awesome! So it's settled then.

Jacen, Skamlös, Quorra, and Zekk will go to Naboo on the Burning Light to where Quorra overheard the plan to get rid of the Jedi Order.

Anakin, Jaina, and Tahiri will go to Tatooine on the Jade's Shadow to meet up with the broker that Quorra knows. Also, I have a huge surprise on who the trio will meet at Mos Eisely's cantina (which is where Luke and their father met).

Should I do a time skip to the next chapter, to when they're in the ships heading towards their destinations? Or should we continue on?

@SkywalkerShine - I'm fine either way, but since the arc with the Dark Jedi is done, it's just as well to skip to when they're en route.

 

Okay! Settled. Time skip to the next chapter it is. In this next chapter, the two groups will be in the ships in space, chatting about anything they like. Events, people, you name it. Haha I'll have Quorra speak with Jacen first for a little bit. Skamlös and Zekk could chat in the lounge, if you guys want. Then Quorra could spend time with Zekk.

Then for the next chapter, the two groups will be on Naboo (Jacen, Skamlös, Quorra and Zekk) and Tatooine (Anakin, Jaina, and Tahiri).

Thanks! @WarmNyota_SweetAyesha Although the scene was better in my head. I ran in to time constraints in writing, so it didn't come off as well as I would've hoped.
