I can add stuff, move stuff around, take out stuff.. use differnt fonts per different parts.. *shrugs*

I left it mainly black cause it's easy to invert if you want white font on a black shirt.. and white, and black can go on any color shirt. :)

    *shrugs*

If people like what I'm doing, I'm open to suggestions, and comments. :)

Always seem to miss meetings, conventions, etc.. found something I can actually get involved in. *l*

With a few upcoming events on the horizon, should we consider another run of shirts?

I've got 2 shirt runs I am dealing with now and another in the infancy stages, so for me that would be a no :(

Besides, I already have a shirt, plus ones for my folks :)

We got 2 a piece, so I will not need any more for a while or version 2.0?

    Hey

since I know a lot of us are short on cash at the moment

and I know at least I would like a cool thing to stick on a baby doll or a tank top

could we design something, or use past designs and post them somewhere

then each person who wants one can go get the paper at the fabric store, print out what they want, iron it on what they want and go from there?

might be an easier way to commemerate the different events we want to do, we don't have to have a minimum order, and then each person can get what style/color/size they want by themselves

    I don't know

    just an idea

It would cost the same as getting one done w/ us, T-shirt $8 to $10, transfer paper $???, time $???.
This is one of the only ways we found to raise any kind of money for the website, banner & other things. With so many functions coming up & so many new people wanting dues for a T-shirt, here's your chance ;)

    lol

    I know it costs similar

but I forgot that we use it to help defray website costs

    so

    IGNORE THAT THEN

    lol

Perhaps we can find something a bit cheaper to put the RMFF logo onto instead of a t-shirt? I think that even though the profit margin may be a bit smaller, it would be worth checking out. Everybody has too many t-shirts, right?

    Ideas:
Bumper stickers? Stickers? Mugs? Keychains? Caps (maybe cheaper)? Pens? Water bottles? Flashlights? Squishy balls? Etc, etc?

I don't know how but I missed the first run of this t-shirt entirely. I would love one if another run is made.

Here's a dumb idea -- I could e-mail the files from the old X-Wing shirts to Gra-co and he could just keep them on file for whenever people wanted more. He's in a more central location to the majority of the group

As for drawing up a new t-shirt...I dunno...what I'd REALLY like to do is to draw up a couple of barely recognizable Star Warsy patterns that could be printed onto some light garment weight cotton so I could have a nice looking, yet secretly geeky Hawaiian shirt made. That would frakkin' pwn my soxxors.

Can Gra-co print on such things? Whole bolts of fabric? Or p'raps JGoC or FD might know, since I think one of them has actually had a bolt custom made?

And if anybody says "Duh, why not check customfabric.com?" I'll slap them.

I like this idea. I guess ultimately it comes down to what kind of interest is generated by offering assorted RMFF items.

things like bumper stickers are cheaper per unit but

you have to order them in larger quantities to get them very cheap

    just an FYI

as for the print it, iron it and go

might be a good inbetween shirt runs kind of thing

    <<shrugs>>

I know I would printit and make tanks but still order shirts when fundage was available
