Hey S__C, wondering what the final bill was for the T-shirts. Do I owe you any more money?
March 1st total: $611
March non-raffle: $16.
T-shirts: We spent $1,223 on T-shirts, making $128.58 on them. There were 10 extra t-shirts available for sale for which we can still make some money from. They may also be given to celebrities as gifts.
April Non-raffle: We made $21.20 on April's non-raffle.
There was no May non-raffle.
Current total is $776.78
Jonathan requests $50 from the treasury for table prizes at DCC.

@FanForced for their help!, is $58.42. Books, music, VHS and a game (12 items total) were all purchased.

I need to submit a request for reimbursement for DCC table prizes of $89. I am pretty sure we were right at $100, but I can't find the last receipt, so I'll go with the $89 for which I have receipts. We can do it at the BBQ or my paypal ID is firstname.lastname@example.org.

Money sent for an additional shirt.
We just requested $248 from the treasury, $92, paint for float in Feb., $25 on a tarp last month and $131 for Hauntings.
I sent DWRD $101 for flyers ($36, as discussed at October meeting), and for the renting of the cafe for Thanksgiving / November meeting ($65).
The current total for the treasury is $516.92. We made $7 from the October meeting, but not sure about November.
A motion was seconded to reimburse DWRD $30 for supplying turkey for the November meeting. Any objections?
We received $75 for 5 shirts (now only one remaining). $30 paid to DWRD for turkeys. Still not sure if there was any non-raffle money from November meeting. There was no non-raffle at December meeting. (Does that mean there was a raffle?)

The folks involved with the RMFF trivia panel would like to request some of the group funds to purchase prizes for this panel at Denver Comic Con Saturday night. Our request is for $75.
Our final request for RMFF trivia game show panel prizes is for $95.62. It was approved at the last meeting. I'll email receipts to our treasurer for reimbursement.
Thanks everybody and hope to see y'all at the panel! We're in a room that can fit 300 people, so plan on getting there early for a spot!

Treasurer's report for July.
Funds have been up in the air as I waited for totals for reimbursement for DCC prizes.
As of June 1st, we had $329.23 in the kitty.
We have since used most of that money for prizes and candy.
-$35.55 to Dale
-$243.50 to Autumn
We had also collected $20 for raffles from recent meetings (May/June).
Current balance: $70.18
We shouldn't need anymore prizes until next June, but in the meantime we will have to have some kind of fundraiser to bring the balance back up. I am thinking $250 would be enough to cover next year's costs.
We could do another T-shirt run. The last mass t-shirt run (The R2-D2 shirt) made us $309, but we had to sell 84 shirts to get that. I'm not sure we could sell that many nowadays, but we could also raise the margin slightly.
