    Thanks. [face_blush]

I knew the color was a bit off previously, but the tan dye today made all the difference. I think it has a really used & abused look to it.

    Now on to the gauntlets!!!

Tusken head's pretty much done. Have a couple bitz to put on still, though. I'm holding off on doing my gimpish harness until I have more time. That, and per the blah blah canon blah blah lame blah blah rules, a really cool Tusken (as a opposed to an everyday Tusken) won't be accepted as an "official" costume. :p

Might need to dye the Jawa robe again. I'll see after it dries.

Only 2 more shopping days til Starfest.

I don't know if I'm going to have mine done in time. I didn't get a chance to work on it the last two days and I still have a lot to do. :(

If you need anything extra, I do have some PVC, fabric and other scraps. Just LMK what you need, if anything, I'd be glad to help. :)

Kim, would it be at all possible for you to bring the pop rivet gun? Also, did I leave that really big pot that I used for dyeing fabric? if so, could you bring that?

    Wow, thanks you guys. :)

I haven't even started on the gaffi yet. I plan to do my sculpey work tonight along with finishing the bucket and trying to get the wraps done.

I may need help putting the gaffi together and finishing the outer robe (needs a trim on the bottom) and weathering everything.

Ben, if you need any help on Friday Night just let me know. I myself won't have a gaffi stick or any weapon on Saturday. But that is ok.

Just avoid grass, unless you are part of the grassland division of Tuskens.

So I just dirtied mine up tonight. I took some brown die and started to spray, but it looked more purple than brown. So I took a shovel, a dirt pit and some water and threw it in and got it nice and dirty.

    So hopefully it looks good.

The only thing I am doing myself are my gauntlets. Empress Kimmay had pity on me and is helping me with the other stuff.

anyway, I used dirt and vanilla. So my gloves smell like cookies, but they look grreat!
