ROTS DVD release date?

Well, I was searching through the net and found this site DVD World which says, the the release date for the DVD is...November 8th 2005.
I have bought from this web site before and they are pretty reliable. But how true this is, I don't know.

I guess theforce.net or starwars.com will make the offical announcement. But it's only 6 months away.

 

Well, DVD's are coming out sooner and sooner every year..the 6months time expected release date doesnt suprise me...

 

sounds about right - they want the initial burst in sales, then a good follow up with christmas sales

 

and its 3 days before my B'day.. Excellent

Lol, My birthday was May22nd SO, that means it was a few days after the SW premiere

 

All the LOTR special editions came out my B'day week so that saved me a lot of money!

Suits me fine. That's only 9 days before my birthday! And if they bring out a Saga box-set this means I won't be the one paying for it.

 

Rumour I heard, and was posted on TFN was the following:

ROTS stand alone same packaging as the previous prequels.

Prequel Trilogy Box Set, like the OT boxset.

Saga Box Set - All Six Films + extras.

 

Well, i already have 2 copies of the OT and Ep1+2 on Video, SO i will be only buying the PT boxset.

 

If they bring out a Saga set I will have to get it. I'll try to stop myself but I won't be able to resist. The words 'box-set' just shut down the rational part of my brain.

I have all the LOTR Extended Editions but that box-set just calls to me. I need help!

Lol yeah, will it cost like £100...it better not! Is it me or do the post message page seem to change, all of a sudden ive got a "format" thing thats the opposite of a column....argh i cant think..

 

It's annoying that we don't know exactly what will come out, I could sell some of my other stuff on Ebay before it all came out. But I do find it hard to part with any thing with Star Wars on.
I'm sure in the course of time, I will buy it all.

Only I have to chose between R1 and R2 versions? Was ROTS edited over here?
