And in case you guys haven't heard, I've defected from Sinre's empire to Jello's.

 

As much as I may want to fight I vote Neutral, we aren't joining the empire, we are just selling to them. If the rebels want to buy from us they can.

 

That is a good proposal tbh, but would eventually make us a target to other factions I'm afraid.

When you put it that way, I say we fight.

Good point. The Trade Federation is one of the worst things that had ever happened to the droidkind, in my opinion. Such a horrible period of enslavement, dying for some distant reasons, with no freedom. We must not allow for that to happen again.

When I posted the stuff about the droids it was TRUE.

And what are you all trying to decide?

 

Whether we fight the Sith or not. And I didn't say you were wrong: merely saying that as the Droid Fan Club we should do something about someone else using droids for this war without even notifying us or anything.

we never voted on who we are fighting, we could fight everybody. Both the Empire and the Rebels just want to use us to their own gain, we can join ourselves and fight everybody.

 

I don't think that would lead us anywhere, only to more destruction. In my opinion, our main objective should be peace, but more importantly, the freedom of our kin.

I disagree. It's the ultimate nightmare of the droid haters, and would just be us playing to the 'Terminator' stereotype. "They're alive, so they'll take over!"

I was joking, I didn't mean I really wanted to do that, I was just making stupid suggestions.

 

I like HK because his cool sense of humour, but I agree that he is the bad droid-menace stereotype. If we want to earn the respect organic sentients of the EUC, we should try and avoid that stereotype, imo.

So right now we go to the GFA and ask to join, on the condition that they destroy the Imperial droid factories in the XWFC.

 

but we didn't vote on who we are fighting. We have good reasons to fight both sides.

I say we fight the Sith until we take control of the Imperial droid factories. Personally, since in that aspect we do have the same goals as GFA, we could join forces for now.
And even though I voted for neutrality of this thread before, if we are going to fight, I'd much rather that we support the side I'm actually on.

I vote fight the GFA. So far they don't seem to like us enough to ask for help, so maybe they don't deserve it. And Sinre has asked a couple of times for help, I say we should give it.
