If I were you, I'd post that question over on the helmet thread at The Dented Helmet. The gang over there knows the Fett helmets well and can probably help you out.

 

Yes the dented helmet is great. But you do not need to go there. Your actor will look like they have a crushed in head with that helmet on, the shape is so far off. No flare and the dome is flat. Do yourself a favor and buy a Don Post 95 or 96. About the same size and it wont look so bad with the better shape.

The Rubies helmets are good paperweights. The Don Post 95 is the best, DP 96 isn't bad, 97 can be pretty warped. However, there are various fiberglass helmets that are far far superior to anything made by don post or rubies. Check out the dented helmet for more info.
