The new Menudo will have "a contemporary hip urban/Latin crossover sound in both English and Spanish," Menudo Entertainment LLC said in a news release.

Menudo is a soup made of the meat of cow stomach and can have hominy, a corn like veg, added to it. I know it sounds disgusting, and it is indeed an acquired taste, but DARN is it GOOD, especially when it's spicy and has onion and cilantro sprinkled in it. YUM!
