Saber Battle

    Sorry if this has been discussed before, but i'm new to these boards and wasn't around after the AOTC came out. I was just wondering if anyone has ever thought of how Anakin getting his armed sliced off looked very poorly coreographed (spelling). He's got this high intensity fight going on and then he suddenly sits there as dooku takes a hack at his arm. It's a strange way for a fight to end. I also felt that ROTJ fight ended somewhat strangely as Vader suddenly gets tired and falls to the ground allowing Luke to tee of on him. But in TPM, the way that Maul kills Qui Gon seemed more believable.

    Has anyone every noticed this, and has anyone ever offered any explanations for why Anakin's scene looks so bad?

    you have to watch closely, dooku's manuvering was perfect as he got anakin off-balance and out of position
