I agree - learning the new stuff is AWESOME!! I loved yesterday's class - and the shaolin exercises are great!! Practice, Practice PRACTICE!

 

Who is going to practise tommorow. I'll be there with stuff that everybody ordered. Or most of it. My printer and burner is working OT trying to get most lists done. We'll see what.

Hi guys sorry we missed it I kinda slept through saturday lol now that I work friday nights as well I was kinda drained but we are going to try to make it not next saturday but the one after. Next saturday we are going to Falcon to play some star wars minis and settlers should be fun.

 

I'd like to come out tomorrow. Jen, would you please PM me directions? Thanks!

It'll be cold but there's no more precipitation in the forecast, so Monday night practice is open at my house at 7pm.

Well, so much for Environment Canada. It's snowing a whole lot at my house!

If anyone comes to door I'll give you a hot chocolate or something, but I think given the amount of white stuff out there now that I should cancel any plans to swing sabres out there. Sorry for the short notice!

We have to start thinking about having our mid-week practices somewhere indoors too. With the loss of light and unpredictable weather, practicing outside will be really difficult.

 

Oh yeah - I tried Sifu Tim's move on my husband (the one where you move your opponent - or push him back - by moving into his space - like Tim did to Trevor)....and it totally worked! Ended up shoving him back quite a a few steps. Rob was totally surprised that I was able to move him so forcibly and effectively
Unfortunately, I can't practice on him anymore as he knows what to expect...

 

Ya know I will ask about using our hospital gym maybe on days they don't have classes. Will check ASAP maybe we will be lucky.
