Hopefully. They might do it in an origins comic like they are doing for Kanan. But I don't think she is a clone. The helmet she has is a modified Nite Owl helmet. Plus it looks a bit like Rook Kast's if you want to go for those eye things and the visor down the middle. There's been a couple posts a while back on it. I'm not saying your wrong. Because she was born about two years before the Clone Wars ended. So, it's possible her father was a clone, but personally I'd rather have him be some unknown Mandalorian.

And you don't have to spoiler tag her being at the Imperial Academy. It aired already so it's fine. But I'm curious as well. Also, how did Hera end up trusting an ex imperial student enough to let her work with her and the rest of the team in fighting against the Empire.

That would be interesting. But the next person they get is Zeb based on the specter code thing. Book or novel would be great with me. I really want to know what she did that got Hera and Kanan's attention and got them to have her join the team. As well as what happened that pushed her away from the Empire.

Anyway I can imagine Sabine being unhappy at the academy because she probably wouldn't be able to pursue her art. The best way to introduce her in a book would be her scrubbing out one of her tags from the academy walls

Yeah. But Freddie also mentioned that she has a dark past in a recent radio interview. So it makes me wonder what the Imperials made her and the other cadets do. Maybe they had to kill people to prove their loyalty or something. I think art was her secondary hobby, but at least we know where she learned those languages and an explosives expect though.

 

I'd probably expect to be either her favourite subject or she was top in he class......maybe her turning point is when she blows up a classroom?

 

Or a building with people still in it and not a specific room? Who knows what happened, but if it was bad enough to turn her away from the Empire.

Which leads to the question on how she met up with Hera. I mean, it couldn't have been easy to help Hera and Kanan without getting caught. Especially if she was still a student at that academy.

 

Well if a new dawn is to go by the circumstances in which they meet will hardly be regular

 

Right. Maybe they catch her in the act of doing something to strike back against the Empire and she runs, thinking they will turn her in? That could be a good start.

 

That seems likely.

They would probably be impressed by her art and maybe spot the future "rebels" tag amongst her other works and see the potential of the symbol.

BTW what you think about Sabine getting a jetpack at some point?

 

Well, she's supposed to get an upgrade at a later point this season, I posted the link a page or so back. So, she might get it then. But she's so agile she doesn't really need one.

Is it horrible that I can see her sassing both Hera and Kanan when she meets them?

Can you imagine though? Kanan would literally have to hold Hera back from Sabine. Lol.

 

I can imagine Kanan needing help from zeb!

Zeb: Yeah, the kids just messing around.
Sabine: No I'm really not.

Sabine: Do what? Listen lady I don't need people like you wasting my time.
Kanan: Would you just listen to us?
Sabine smirks: Sorry cowboy, but you and your dancing girlfriend had better keep out of my way. *looks at Hera* I mean, you don't know what I'm capable of.

Anyway, I can see Hera and Sabine ending up having to work together anyway. Maybe Kanan sends them to do something and is like "Nope. Just you two. Have fun."

Maybe Kanan is captured and held inside the academy meaning Hera would need Sabine's knowledge of the layout to free him
