    Order 66.

Vader and Sidious on the Star Destroyer is awesome though, it's not sad however. Just looming and awesome.

Order 66 and the Immolation Scene are the most emotional scenes for me, but Order 66 was the saddest. I even teared up a little (a first for me with the PT).

    The Order 66 sequence ...

... particularly ... "Master Skywalker, there's too many of them, what are we going to do?" ... and the padawan's reaction :(

I'm sorry, I should have read the rules. My bad. Still, that doesn't change my opinion about what is the saddest scene in ROTS. Truly tragic.

Order 66: when Ki-Adi-Mundi charges, then looks back and sees the clones haven't followed him...that really gets me :_|

But Immolation is a very close second...Obiwan's "you were my brother..." speech is good stuff.

I voted 'other' and that 'other' is after the Obi-Wan/Vader duel when Obi says, "You were my brother! I loved you!" That gets me every time. :(
Most say 'Order 66', but for me, that was one of the coolest parts! Call me evil but I like that part.

Every single one of those scenes is sad. But I picked the sunset scene, simply because, even though you know whats going to happen, thats where it hit me that for the characters, there was no going back. Obi-Wan's "you were my brother!", Order 66 and Padme's funeral are right up there too. I cried in lots of parts the first time I saw it... :(

If you had asked me when I was still under my first impression I wouuld say the The Immolation Scene abd just the whole Anakin vs Obi-Wan duel.
Now after I had watched ROTS quite a few times and studied it in more detail I have to say the Brothers' Farewell (when Obi-Wan leaves for Utapau and it's the last time he and Anakin see each other as friends). Hust everything about that scene is s heartbreaking especially since you know what is coming for the boys.

Order 66 marked the end of the Jedi order. It was the saddest by far, IMO.

The montage where Anakin and Padme stare out their windows with no dialogue is gripping.

Order 66 was very moving, but I voted Other for the part where Obi-Wan tells Padme that he has to kill Anakin. The end of that scene, when he says "Anakin is the father, isn't he?"...that was the most powerful moment of the prequels for me, and great music there too.

Probably my favourite ever Obi-Wan moment too. When he says "I'm so sorry", it has so many meanings: sorry that Padme's children will grow up without a father, sorry that he has to kill Anakin, sorry that Anakin and Padme kept this secret for so long, sorry that he made them feel like they had to in the first place, sorry Anakin had committed so many crimes. But above all Obi is sorry that his own personal failure has led to such misery, and that he has to live with that guilt for the rest of his life.
