    Congress and the Senate propose Federal laws, which are then voted on by both houses and sent to the Prez. for final pass/veto.

    22.) Who elects Congress?
    We do, the citizens from each state elect congresspeople to represent their states/districts.

    23.) How many Senators are there in Congress?
    Zero! Senators are in the Senate, Congressers are in the House of Representatives. (Unless Congress does mean both houses, then it's 50)(I'm only sayin').

    24.) For how long do we elect each Senator?
    Uhhhhmmmmmm... ... ..four years innit?

    25.) Who is the head of the Executive Branch of the U.S. Government?
    That am the President...

    The Supreme Court?

    27.) What is the Bill of Rights?
    The Bill of Rights is also known as the first 10 ammendments to the constitution. It lays out the rights that every american citizen is entitled to (Freedom of speech, right to bear arms, etc.)

    28.) What is the capital of the state you live in?

    Sacramento!

    29.) Who becomes President if both the President and Vice President die?

    Leader of the House of representatives, I believe.

    30.) Who is the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court?

    Ummm... Jack Bauer.

    I'm gonna guess New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Conneticut, New York, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Maine?
