When is the Deadline for Q&A and Ribbons

 

All the SDCC paperwork is done...I guess we can write the Q&A and finalize it within this month. Not sure about ribbons, Anyone know?

 

Jess organizes the badge ribbons. SDFF would be honored, pleased and relieved if you would do so again!

 

The SDFF appreciates and is honored by everything Jess does

 

Jess said at the last meeting that she would like someone else to take over the ribbons as she cannot eat the cost of them anymore.

 

The company that I have used in the past is RV Awards:

They can do the printing fairly fast once they have the graphics file/ text&font order.

 

taking stock of our existing collateral:
we have a lot of business cards - the QR code which went to sandiegofanforce.com/wordpress doesn't quite work. it gets to boards.theforce.net and then freaks out with the /wordpress directory and gives an error message. so either we use the cards and cross off the QR code (the printed URL does work fine).

 

yeah, i know, its a bummer...can we put some kind of sticker over the qr code

 

we could. or just cross it out.

.... Wow. The only panel I really care about is in a tiny room at 6pm. What sorcery is this?

 

You don't care about the Once Upon a Time or Wonderland panels?

 

Eh, I wouldn't mind going to them, but I don't feel a super strong need to. Besides, as Doctor Who will be on Sunday, and I'll be in there probably all day, it's a fair trade off for me to run the table most of Saturday.
