San Diego Comic Con

Hi everyone!

I'm thinking about going to SDCC next year and I was just wondering if anyone from the UK boards went this year?

I've read a lot of stuff about nightmares getting tickets, so I'm holding off booking hotel and flights until I know I have them (was thinking about booking them this month until I heard about the 7 hour sell out for this year's tickets!). Can anyone that went this year offer any advice like flight costs/where to get cheap flights, best hotels, etc?
