Is there a website that provides correct pronunciations of Star Wars names/locations/events/ships/everything else? I think that'd be a neat thing... Maybe I haven't searched enough. Thanks!!

Not that I know of. The problem is that except for the movie characters (although even some of their names get messed up), people tend to disagree on how a lot of the names, places etc. are pronounced.
Among my group of friends pronunciation disagreements frequently become part of what we call a 'Geek War':p

although some authors (I know of Zahn and Allston) have provided/confirmed pronunciations at some time or another. I think all the TTT characters' pronunciation was in a now really really old TF.N article.

    something like that.

We need a SW phonetics dictionary. I'd buy that.

    TF.N's encyclopedia doesn't provide pronunciations?

To Thrawn's spank lap what Guri might tell you. If some American decides Kun is Koon but foon isn't fun, against all logic, you too can decide your preference. Don't base the sacred tenents of Star Wars on a mere KOTOR or NEGTC. No one is wrong, and this english is really smuggler's argot, as Solo told Barth before Spaar ribbed him open.

    I could have sworn I've seen one... but I can't remember where. I'm so helpful, aren't I?

Let us not forget George Lucas' rather special pronunciations - often very different from the films themselves... :)

wouldn't the audio books and audio dramas count for having official pronunciations?
