Sth Bend, IN SBFF Event: Harry Potter at Showplace 16 this FRIDAY!

The South Bend Fan Force will be raiding Showplace 16 this Friday to watch Harry Potter.

Why in the world would a bunch of adults want to see Harry Potter? There are two reasons, actually...

1. The Star Wars Episode II Trailer will be show in front of HP. This will be an all-new never before seen trailer.

2. John Williams did the soundtrack for HP. As you know if you have read some of the other forums...JW has only had 27 bad movies out of over 100. So...there is a 75% chance that Harry Potter won't suck. If it does...you can blame our CR...Base Delta Zero.

 

Ya, sure why not, everyone else does.

I will not be able to join you Friday night as I have already made plans with my lovely wife, WOBDZ. I only hope that you guys will still get together without me there. I can't imagine how hard it must be for you without my presence.

48 hours. Jeesh.. we post things to our website withing 2 hours, well, that was just that one time for the Chicago meeting. I guess everything else is about 1-2 months for us to post.

 

I do believe that she means 48 hours in advance of an event, to post a notice on the FanForce main page... that's just a hunch, mind you.

Have fun with all the yelling kids. Don't open a can on some poor child for talking during the trailer.

 

BDZ if you mention that trailer we will have to hurt you. Or maybe you can stay our wrath by joining us in attacking Showplace 16. They are worse than Borsk.

Much to our dismay, the trailer did not appear before Harry Potter.

But, the situation resolved itself when we took the theatre manager out behind the building and smashed his head into a car window. When we threatened to throw him into a dumpster, he relented and told us we could have a private viewing of the trailer anytime we wanted. He then proceded to unbolt one of the projectors from the floor. He gave us the projector and the Trailer Reel. That's what I call service.

 

Sheesh! Don't you South Bend people pay attention to SW news? Now, if you were from Chicago, you would've known that cinema chains nationwide were refusing to show the new AotC trailer, and that calling the theatre beforehand was advised. ::shaking head:: It's not the manager's fault, so I think you should go back there, apologize, and return the projector.

Not the trailer reel, though. You deserve something to assuage the agony.
