Yes, Ton as the Good Doctor, and Face as...one of those blokes that hangs around in his timetraveling police box. And likely, a different female lead every week or so.

 

Phanan just needs to be a tad bit more giddy and I would readily accept him for the Doctor.
I see him with one close 'companion', actually. Kind of like Nine/Rose. Phanan really wanted a female to love him, I think--not a whole bunch of partners.
Face could be... Ah... Hmmm. I'll have to think about that.

 

Face would be the female lead.

 

Well, the Doctor's a bit different with each incarnation, so perhaps this is his 'pilot, wit, and superior intellect' version.
