lol... good, we can talk about the Battle of Hoth and like two old foggies, remember how badly the rebels got their arses handed to them

"They have who?" General Veers asked unbelievingly.

"General Han Solo, sir," repeated the junior officer.

"Have him brought up here at once," he ordered.

"Yes, sir." The officer disappeared from the holopod to carry out his orders. Solo would be sent up to the Raven's Claw where he would then be taken to a detention cell and held there until Veers dealt with him. General Solo was one of the heros of the rebellion that had destroyed everything Veers had fought and nearly died for numerous times. Solo was also one of the leaders of the rebellion and to have captured him would deal a heavy blow to rebel morale, not to mention boost Imperial morale incrediably.

Some time later he received word that Solo was onboard. He had the man brought to him in the Army Command meeting room. Everything important that had been in there was either turned off or taken out. Knowing Solo's luck, there was always the chance the man may successfully escape captivity. But Veers was determined not to allow that to happen. The two stormtroopers dragged the groggy, disarmed and bound General into the meeting room and sat him down in one of the long table's chairs.

The two troopers waited near the door.

General Veers waited for the Corellian to gather his senses before he spoke to him; "Welcome aboard the Raven's Claw, Captain Solo," Veers greeted and purposely chose not to recognized the man's New Republic military rank. After all the New Republic was illegitmate and any rank given to Solo was not legal either.

Han, having regained concsiousness, looked up at Veers and smirked. "What do you want?"

-Rrenya nodded, then turned an appraising look on her new partner, the almost legendary Boba Fett. She knew what he would see in return. Rrenya was Deyrraanian, and quite accustomed to the stares normally directed her way by humans. Covered head to toe in ginger-brown fur, with a red-brown mane of shoulderlength hair, she wore plain brown pants with a tailhole, and a brown vest-shirt. She wore a belt around her waist, and two bandolier-style belts across her upper body. From these belts hung assorted useful weapons and tools. Her foot-paws were bare, as she wore specially designed boots only when strictly neccesary.-

"I'll be asking the questions, Captain," Veers replied and walked over to a liquor cabinet. "Brandy?" He pulled out a glass bottle of an amber liquid and began pouring himself a drink while he waited for the rebel smuggler to answer him.

IC: Boba Fett, Ragnarok


The other bounty hunter known as Rrenya Da'Thariss looked at Boba. He turned to face her. Not a fine looking one, she was, but Boba had seen much worse, such as the late Jabba the Hutt, a crime lord that he often worked for before his unfortunate death caused by the now Chancellor Leia Organa.

Boba thought back to the day when Han Solo had blindly nearly killed him. Thankfully, he managed to climb out of the Sarlacc to safety. And how good Leia looked in that golden bikini.

With a slight nod towards his partner, he exited the conference room and walked to the bridge, where he would watch the endless black of space.

Veers shrugged. "Suit yourself," he replied and brought his glass, including an extra one incase Solo changed his mind, and the bottle over to the table and sat down opposite of Solo. The Imperial General took a measured sip of the drink before he leaned back and studied his captive. When was the last time he had seen Han Solo? He remembered seeing the younger man at the Academy back on Carida before the rebel had thrown away his entire career to save a wookiee slave. But that was the last he had seen him.

"You had a promising career in the Imperial Army, Captain," the General said at last. "A shame you threw it all away. Oh well." He took another sip of the brandy before continuing. "Let us cut with the small talk and you start telling me why you are here at Bespin? You are a long way from Coruscant and your precious Princess."

OOC: David, Rilwen, you should start your mission ASAP. The battle can't start until the orbiting defenses are out. We're kind've waiting on you... Oh and Veers, don't forget as soon as you're done talking to Solo, you've got an incoming holo-message from Hawk.

Han smirked and shook his head. "Why would I tell you that?" he asked. He grabbed the brandy and took a sip, taking joy in its taste. His need for a drink had overcome his senses.

"To avoid a full interrogation for starters," Veers pointed out simply. The brandy tasted just like brandy and the only effects Solo felt were those caused by the brandy and nothing else. His fears of it being drugged were not to be so after all. "I am a civilized and honorable man, Captain. I'd hate to have to order for your interrogation. So why don't you do us all a favor and tell me now while you still can.

"And perhaps when this war is over with I can arrange for you to live the rest of your life out peacefully on whatever world you choose--with your wife and children," he added.

Born on Corellia. Father was a sniper in Corellian armed forces and taught Jofus the trade. At 18, moved to Coruscant and lived for several years. He joined the Republic as a pilot and did well. 2 Months after he graduated, he was discharged for disobeying orders. His wingman, Soar Felth was discharged also. They formed a smuggler squadron out of discharged republic pilots, with intrusion skills also, and named it Rancor Unit. Rancor Unit generally did work for the Republic and after several years, they were assimilated. They were kept together and assigned recently to counter the threat on the Outer Rim from the Imperial Remnant.

"Ready to go?" he asked his partner. "I'm ready to get this mission over with."

In the battle of Yavin, Blake Tarkin was among the Imperial Fleet that fled after the destruction of the 2nd Star. In this battle, he witnessed his fathers destruction and soon learned of the fall of the Empire. Along with General Hawk, he reunited what was left of the Empire, and began gathering a retaliation force....

"So the rebellion has an interest in Bespin, I see," Veers said with a slight smirk. "I thought you were smarter than that Solo. I never asked you why the Rebellion would be here, I asked you why you are here. Considering Bespin has casinos and you like to play in the sabaac tournaments." He drank the last of the brandy in his glass and slowly stood up. "But now you can tell me why the Rebellion has sent you here."

Han stood to his feet knocking away the brandy. He tried to punch Veers in the face.

Boba laughed to himself under his Mandalorian helmet at the small struggle that his partner seemed to be having gettin situated in her seat. He assumed that she was cursing her tail.

With a few switches, Boba activated the engines and turbolifts, and withing a few seconds they lifted off, bound for Coruscant.

There was a table between them so when Solo tried to throw a punch at him from his side, Veers had time and distance to deal with it. The Imperial general's own hand shot out and grabbed Solo's wrist, twisting it so that it brought the man's shoulder crashing down into the table. The older soldier did not let go as he walked around the edge, pulling back the arm and inflicting as much pain as possible to keep the rebel incapacitated.

"Don't be a fool, Solo," Veers hissed in the man's ear after twisting his arm around behind his back and pressing him into the table. "Don't throw your life away, not for them. Not for a bunch of criminals who would gladly stab you in the back if it suited their political needs. Isn't that what they did to your wife? They'll do to you as they did to her."
