Sorry everyone. I normally post discussions with whoever is around.

It's just that Aayla thinks the same way which leads to Mass Destruction!

    Dear Stinrab,

Get a sense of humour. Open it up. Chat to it. This will stop you from spoiling the innocent fun of others.

    Sincerely,

    Noobs are us.

    ;)

Well if the Hollywood heavyweight style of play in courts is anything to go by, MJ to be precise, then all this talk of big name stars of Indonesia helping Corby out might not be such a bad thing after all.

I keep hearing about how they wish to 'trade inmates' between Australia and Indonesia. Sure that might get her back home, but it's still a long time in jail. Would it be worth doing then? Or is it better to fight the system on their turf? Because besides maybe paying off the judges, I can't seem them shifting on this decision and if they do, it might get worse for her.

Stinrab was I believe expressing an opinion, which as a manager emeritus he's entitled to do.

Yes, but you're ex-games staff. He's got "emeritus", which is Latin, in the term.

So like me, no rights to opinion.

mmmmmmmmmmmm well i do not know all the evidence of the case so me my eyes she is guilty. The Bali 9 on the otherhand are super guilty. Going by her 20 years i think they should be shot!

Even Dredd would know the information on a case before making a decision, Mixo's more like Judge Ignoramus Overreactus.

I am just saying that going by the evidence that we have seen from the media i cannot personally see her as innocent. As for the Bali 9 well......all the complaining in the world will not save them.

She is guilty until proven innocent in my eyes. The legal system there has done its job, let it be. The affairs are outweighed by the affairs of many. Her tears could all be mock then again be real. Not all people in jails across the world are guilty lol. Errors are part if the system. We do not need a 3rd umpire for the legal system

While reading Mixo's posts, just keep in mind he's already said he speaks without knowing anything...

Um, I hate to point out what Jurisprudence taught me, but no, innocence is assumed till guilt is proven. So unless you're actually from a country where they're using the inquisitorial system, you have no excuse for making that presumption since the Separation of powers in the Consitution doesn't delineate between Executive, Legislative, Judiciary and SithLord-Mixo, last I checked.
