Scrabble! The classic crossword game JC-style..

Playing the game

1) When signing up, each player will pick 7 numbers between 1 and 102. Players can not pick numbers already taken. The host will PM the 7 corresponding letters to the players.

2) Whoever has the lowest first letter will take the first turn. The first word must have a letter on the star square in the center of the board, which also acts as a double word score.

3) The player has 24 hours to post their word in the thread (no PMs!), using the grid to tell the host where to place the word. The host will then add the word to the board, and the next player will be up. Players failing to post in the allotted time forfeit their turn.

Players should specify where the first letter and the last letter should go. For example, the word 'dog' from G-8 to I-8 would be an acceptable first move.

If players cannot (or just doesn?t want to) work with the tiles they?re given, they can ask the host to exchange some or all of their tiles, but they must wait until their next turn to put down another word.

If a player uses all seven letters in one turn, that player will get a 50 point bonus.

4) In the same post, the player then chooses as many numbers as they need to replenish their tiles, which the host will PM to the player. The host will also tally the points the player receives.

5) The next player on the list posts the second word, and so on, until all the tiles are gone.

6) The game ends when all the letters are gone, and one player has used all their letters. If no player can use all their letters, the game continues until all possible moves have been made. If a player is unable to move, they pass their turn. If all players pass twice in consecutive turns, the game ends.

The first player to go out will get the point values of the rest of the players? remaining letters added to their score.

The other players will have the point values of their remaining letters subtracted from their score.

The person with the highest score will be the winner, and will get a title and 24 hour VIPship.
