    you don't want to know about space docking - trust me , it was explained to me the other day and i no longer want the knowledge in my head.

    i can't explain, CA and Alpha would ban me (and probably be sick)

    Flange is a totally valid word. - I deal with flanges all day at work, I even have a prototype 'moldable' one on my desk...

    Well you're right. I don't know what it means. It's not in my American Tourist Guide to English English: Words, Expressions and Slang by J Eric Smithburn. ;)
