how do we know we're actually getting a preview tonight? season 1's finale from what i remember didn't have a season 2 preview, that season 3 preview from last year was just a pleasant surprise. however its confirmed we are getting a preview of sorts tomorrow at a CW press event so it wouldn't matter that much.

 

Here's what happened in the preview:

*Anakin kidnapped
*Mon Calamari
*Plo Koon in battle
*Grievous in battle against someone with a staff
*Anakin vs. Dooku
*Padme demanding Anakin's release
*C3PO and R2 captured

 

That preview looked awesome. Looks like were finally making the switch to Phase II helmets and the animation was wow.

 

Was Grievous fighting Ventress, or Savage, or someone else?

god that was way too fast paced could barely glimpse anything. But I was right about Season 4 taking influence from Episode 1 going along with its 3D rerelease. Also, one of my ideas in the Episode ideas thread was Anakin being captured and tortured by the Separatists.

 

General Grievous vs a Gungan.
Ocean battle involving Mon Calamari! And judging by the "This is your home." line this could be The battle of Dac.

I don't see how a Gungan could battle Grievous for long.

 

Would love an episode of Ahsoka, Rex and company rescuing Anakin.

Rex seems to get a new model, he looked different and glad to see Fives in that final clone scene as well.

 

Looks like we're finally getting the Clone WAR. And were my eyes playing tricks on me, or was Anakin fighting Grievous...

Season 4 looks pretty great, even though S3 proved that previews aren't everything.

P.S. Water battle = Kit Fisto?? Plo Koon can't have all the fun.

 

It can't be Grievous and Anakin they've never met before ROTS.

More Plo Koon I mean I know he is Dave's favorite character and everything, but he is becoming a main character now, he shows up more than Obi Wan it seems. Please diversify your Jedi Masters.

I think I saw Kit Fisto again. The Mon Calamari stuff looked awesome. Padme seems to have gotten a brand new and very nice looking model. Anakin faces off against Dooku again. Seems like some Grievous centered episodes although it showed him getting beaten by some random guy with a staff doesn't make much sense.

More arc troopers and the visuals looked amazing. Looks like the season 3 finale stuff was just the tip of the iceberg.
