I knew that Grievous was gonna come but I was not expecting it to be about the awesome issue in Season One! CAN NOT WAIT...

The continuity nod really is a nice nod. It takes long enough.

I am liking the linearity here, it's very well done I must say this season (the nod to Carlac in A War on Two Fronts was appreciated as well); there's a lot to cover in the next episode though...

Other things/people I would love to see mentioned and/or seen again and/or resolved:
    1. Slick
    2. Cut & Family
    3. The Zillo Beast
    4. Riyo Chuchi/Pantora
    5. Vos
    6. Mortis
    7. Nexus Routes
    8. Younglings from Wasskah
    9. Umbara/Krell
    10. Rako Hardeen

-fist bump- I'm with ya on that Akash. I liked the unique snapshot thing TCW had going but I am kinda digging the switch to a more linear story telling. This had to happen soon or later as we get closer to the end.

It's still a "snapshot" format, with every arc being close to a standalone. It just so happens that the events being captured on screen are connected to earlier ones.

I'm not sure I entirely agree with you on this. I think we are really deviating from the old format. Particularly when this episode is place in order with Revival and knowing more Maul stuff is coming in the later part of the season. Things feel like they are going to be far more interconnected with far less time passing in the off screen bits between episodes.

I agree with Slick and the Zillo Beast and Pantora and Vos and Nexus. Everything else like Umbara HEEEEELLLL NOOOO! But that is me. :D

What I think would be nice to see since we are bring mainly villainous elements back from previous seasons, I would say:

    - Wat Tambor, Poggle the Lesser and Nuvo Vindi freed FINALLY
    - Lok Durd back in the series since we saw his creation last season
    - the return of Captain Mar Tuuk
    - Return of Gunray
    - Closure about the Zygerrian Slaver issue
    - The Separatist Congress BS to be resolved and forgotten (hopefully destroyed), and it's relation to the Separatist Council explained and explored

That is true. The first few arcs of S5 would seem to be very closely linked, to the point that there is not much separating them in the way of IU time passing. The lack of inter-connectedness was one of the weaknesses of S4's arc format.

    QuangoFett,

Much as I've enjoyed the stand alone snapshot formula I do agree with you its a weakness, particularly in season 4 with the big long arcs and two of those arcs are very important ones IMO. I can fanon the connection together and have lots of fun with that but more direct connections would have been nice and likely would of made the season more favorable with others. No more reset buttons.

So, the younglings suddenly have their Jedi clothing back even though the first clip makes it look like they're still on the run. Wonder how they pulled that off...

Maybe the Jedi clothing was under their costumes, like Kenobi's was in Dooku Captured.

I could buy that for most, but not for Katooni's disguise. It's sleeveless and nearly skin-tight. Unless she managed to stuff it into that headdress... It's not a big deal, I'll just be amused to see if they even address it.
