    [face_not_talking] Hey. I love U2.

But really... I have no idea what the heck else could possibly be up there. If the Dead aren't there, and Floyd isn't there?

These kids today. Just another brick in the wall, aren't they?

Might as well answer Pat Boone, The Spice Girls, or The Wiggles or something... Zep and Floyd weren't up there, so no telling what these kiddies consider as "great".

Obviously these college kids are too hammered or dependent on drugs to come up with any sort of reasonable rock and roll band.

You might as well pick ________________.

Sad part is, I'll take the Wiggles over U2 and Nirvana any day.

    "Fruit Salad, Yummy Yummy!"

Thanks to my kids, I grew to appreciate the Wiggles.

Ah, Mr. Tim, we must agree to disagree. Bono can elevate me any time he wants to come on over.

But I do agree that the Wiggles rock.

I'm a huge U2 fan, but I'd never vote them as the greatest band ever, they clearly belong behind both the Beatles and the Stones. I'm also surprised college students would pick them, I would think their core audience these days are quite a bit older, my age or maybe a little younger.

Not surprised at all that the Dead didn't make the list, not a band I tend to think of in that regard. And remember, they're really known more for their live shows than their studio material, so most college students have probably never heard any of their music. Surprised by the lack of Pink Floyd, though.

And there's at least one VERY obvious answer still out there.

    Well dern!

We are all over the board for what we thought about this one!

I'm going to go with the closest thing to a consensus we could get...

    And say...

    Aerosmith

    *Crosses fingers!*

Our score is The Cade Brigade: Always bringing up his rear 81, Hooper's Heroes 0

Someone here will be crying, and there will be no love in one team's elevator, but who will be treated like a rag doll?
