Buff, NY September 15 Birthday Party Appearances

I have requested that the other two threads be locked in favor of one thread to plan both appearances.

For those that do not know, there is a request for an appearance for a co worker of Jay's and the winner of a party from a donation we made to a charity fundraiser. We will be able to fill both requests and have time to get back, clean up, and head out for the NR Anniversary party.

Here are the details. If you have any questions, just ask.

Party #1
Location: 511 Como Park Blvd (Bellevue Fire Dept)
Arrival Time: 1:30PM
Appearance Time: 2:00PM
Where: Bellevue Fire Hall (Como Park Blvd, behind Appletree Business Park) We can meet at the AP Business Park and roll out together to the fire hall if everyone would like.

I advised we will perform the Jedi Academy and stay up to an hour and a half. They are expecting 25-30 children and 15-20 adults.

Get out of costume: 3:30

Party #2
Location: 63 Marbeth Ct, Buffalo, NY 14220
Arrival Time: Tentatively 4:00/4:15
Appearance Time: 4:30-ish
Where: (Jay is getting that information right now)

Again, we'll stay up to an hour and a half, then decostume and clean up before the party. I'm not sure how many kids to expect for this one.

How are we coming on details for the 2nd party?

Will it be another Jedi Academy?

 

I believe the second party will have 20 kids. We can do the academy again there as well.

The location is in West Seneca on Clinton, off Union. A very easy trot down Union Road between parties.

 

I am a no for party #1 (dance 11-2), but should be able to attend party #2. I can meet up with you guys at the end of party #1.
What costume do you need: Anakin, Mara or pilot?

 

I'm working until 1 and I am free after that. I can meet up where ever and help out in whatever way is needed.

 

I would say Anakin for this one. Right now, the only good guys are Larry and Gil. As Anakin, you could help out with the academy.

Actually, either Anakin or Mara can work in regards to the Jedi Academy, so which ever you fell better at the time will do run on sentence etc etc etc...
