September Meeting

The time is near to start planning for the September meeting. Any suggestions for dates?

The 13th is the only date I know for certain is out for me due to my anniversary.

I suggest Sept. 20th.

20th is fine with me, as long as my friend doesn't give me his tickets for the Ohio State-Bowling Green game.

Why in the world would you want to see either OSU or BG play a game?

Hey, I actually watched a little bit of the UT-UNLV game the other night. I thought UT was gonna win that one.

And everyone in Ohio loves the Buckeyes! Or at least they should!

You sound like one of my friends who think that because you live in Ohio you have to like the Reds, Browns, and Buckeyes.

I'm back!!!! My computer got hit several weeks ago by three virus's in a row... took my friend forever to fix it. I have learned the importance of clicking the box for "firewall"... a novel idea.

As for a meeting, I vote for the 27th. I could do the 20th, but the 27th is really better for me.

Okay, so we'll shoot for the 27th then. Now on to the time and place. I would suggest a little earlier since Ohio State plays Northwestern that day, probably around noon. Depending on where that could have an effect on the availability of seating and our ability to carry on a discussion.

So noon for a starting time for the meeting, or noon is the time the game starts?

I was thinking if we shot for like 11? What do you guys think? And what about locations? We've done Jed's in Toledo once and Jed's in BG once. What other good places are there?

wow, I was going to suggest 11 so we could get seats. 11 is great for me.

Tobey-Wan, are you thinking BG or Toledo? There is a new Sports bar in Toledo but I'll be darned if I can think of the name of it right now. They are supposed to have great food.

As for BG, there is still BW3's, Frickers and maybe one other place on the main street that has the atmosphere that we enjoy.

I would actually prefer Toledo over BG. Parking and such just seems to be so much easier there.

I'm a big fan of Max & Erma's if we wanted to try there.

Max and Erma's is okay with me, and the time is okay too. I'm pretty flexible right now so I'll leave it up to what works for you guys.
