PT Sexual frustration and the dark side

Seeing Jedi's basically can't have any intimate involvement in fear that they might subcumb to the dark side. Do you you think any jedi got so sexual frustated that it caused them to succumb to the dark side ?

One of the reasons jedi don't have sex is because lust/intimacy leads to the dark side.Now imagine as a jedi your basically like a shaolin monk. I'm pretty sure with their job description as escorts or hunting down people who knew about dooku's plans, or chasing bounty hunters they must of become sexual frustrated by not being able to have sex with women.

Imagine you as a jedi knight have to go undercover in a strip club.

I know that attachment is forbidden, but i didnt think that sex was expressly forbidden. Maybe it was more of an unwritten rule, but in my head canon there were Jedi who took that to mean you could slag around just never commit to anyone. I like that in the New Jedi Order (sadly no longer canon) having a family was not such an inexcusable taboo for a Jedi. Being a Jedi is confusing. One minute your supposed to trust your instincts, the next your thoughts are betraying you, the next you must search your feelings but not let them get in the way.

Sex was allowed per GL. No attachment means no unnecessary, clingy jealousy attachments to others - selfish "me" is GL's attachment, unselfish is acceptable and is not defined as "attachment."

I believe in one of the novels it was stated that celibacy was heavily enforced by the old jedi order.

If the Jedi really did enforce celibacy, I think it was unwise of them. All they were doing is to force the Order's members to deny themselves of emotions in an unnatural manner. They did not allow the Jedi to rise above their emotions and attachments naturally.
