What about if you're in the cast? ;) I'm just thinking that since I'll be gone until the summer and will miss the April meeting, I'm just wondering if there's another way to let us cast/crew see it before the "official" release in July/August.

Don't worry...I'll have a "special" screening for the cast and crew during the summer before the release at the Con. ;)

All I ask is that you guys be patient. You have no idea how long, repetitive, and grueling some of this FX work is, especially sometimes for what looks like a simple effect. When a decent amount of shots get completed, I will make a teaser. When even more shots are done, I'll make a trailer. Finally after it's complete I'll release the movie. Look for the teaser at the movie marathon, the trailer in late may, and the movie in june or july. I have edited the 2nd day of filming, color corrected everything, and converted it all to 16:9 ratio. Also, I have 75% completed the first FX shot.

I don't mean to sound rushed. The artists need the time to perfect their work. ;) And what an awesome work it looks to be!

Can I assume you are not going to shoot any additional footage for the ending? Or are you waiting until you finish with post-production?

do we need to bring the costumes we wore in the film for any reason to the film fest? Like any extra shots or cast photos?
