I don't really know what they look like. I didn't see the very last scene of The Avengers because I was tired and had to go to sleep because I had a track meet the next day, so I am very sad and disillusioned towards eating food right now.

What I meant by 'legit' is that I have eaten certain restaurants generic version of the Gyro back when it was fashionable to have their own version, but actual Gyros are made with meat prepared a specific way on a vertical spit.

When I was a little brat my best friend's family had a Greek restaurant where I ate many gyros. Then as a teenager I had hundreds of gyros at Oakland Gyros. Healer_Leona have you been?

So very many times Frank! lol I love them and passed that love on down to my daughter as well. Gyros are just scrumptious! How can so many of you not had one???
