Ark Should be Arkansas or Central AR instead of LR, AR?

As I have stated in other threads, I think that this community will be better if we start in broad terms.

I voted for Arkansas because there is no other Arkansas group yet. All Arkansas SW fans should be able to meet and talk in one forum until there are too many/and/or/enough of us to make more boards necessary.

Part of what I am suggesting here is that even if Conway or another group starts their own Force and holds their own meetings, we should still stay in the same forum until the overall group is much bigger.

 

Before these "anonymous" votes get out of hand, we need to also post inside this thread that you voted. You don't necessarily have to say "what" you voted for; just that you voted. This is so we don't have numerous socks voting for things and padding the vote.

I voted as well. While I support Conway becoming our own seperate FanForce, for sake of management and board control, I think it is best if we all remain within the general category of Arkansas unless by some miracle we become overcrowed at each region. If Conway was to have its own entirely different board, it would just be a couple of users who have other means of communicating anyways and I'm sure the board would have little to no action going on there. One thing that I suggest is that after changing the name to the broader topic is that when having an event for a specific FanForce we title the thread "Little Rock: (insert gathering function here)" or "Conway: Hang Out this Weekend". That way we can know what each group is up to seperately while still being in the same general gathering place.

I'd say go ahead and make mention to her about it. I doubt 3 votes are coming in. Besides, it needs to be changed anyway.
