Lit Should Boba ever show his face even to someone whom he sleeps with?

If his sexuality is ever going to explored for which i never really saw a reason minus his early years.

Call me crazy but i think he should only satisfy his needs with discrete high class escorts and keep his helmet on. If they want go that road it would be more in character.

 

well YES he should show his face to people he sleeps with.... because Jodo Kast tried to impersonate him to get girls into bed with his helmet on... you know how it ended

 

I like to think that Fett would be enough of a paranoid weirdo to keep his helmet on in the sack. Granted, I also like to think of him as gay.

Also, brandishing a weapon after sex does seem pretty in character.

 

Its Force Unleashed, Boba taking off his helmet is the least of its problems.

Boba Fett should not be taking off his helmet in front of others ever, he should not be having random sex, and he most certainly should not be taking his helmet off in front of others to have random sex.

 

The Force Unleashed II's handling of Boba was...odd, to say the least. Depending on who you ask, so was it's handling of a great many things.

But one thing we do know is that Boba had no problem going without his helmet during his relationship with Sintas Vel, and considering their daughter Ailyn's existence, presumably he went without quite a bit else a few times.

 

That business on Concord Dawn doesn't, doesn't count.

 

come on... you still believe he meant that? He just was a gentleman to Leia! He got manners, you know.

 

Who knows how kinky Sintas was.

 

The way I see it the question should be: Should Boba have a sex life?

 

Technically, shouldn't the thread title be "Should Boba ever show his face even to someone with whom he sleeps?"

 

Ah, but that would require keeping something unique about the character, something that dares to make him more than a standard "silent badass" character. You know we can't have that.

 

If you're sleeping with someone, shouldn't you always wear a helmet anyway?

 

I always felt that as he grew older (From that little boy we saw in AOTC to the man we see in FOTJ) he should keep his helmet on more and more around others. I mean, if he's going to sleep with someone it should be off yeah, but really it should be a rare thing for him to sleep with someone at all.

 

I guess I am the weird one out - I always thought that the helmet thing was...well, to protect his head, and that he would not wear it in private, or while doing mundane things - like getting food or something.

 

Boba Fett's career chronology is, at present, over sixty years in length. During that time he's been involved in an incredibly small number of relationships with women: his brief marriage to Sintas Vel ~18 BBY - 15 BBY and the relationship he had with Xasha shown in The Force Unleashed II comic, which seems to have lasted a few months.

We do not know how Fett and Xasha met, or what their real chemistry actually was, the comic doesn't supply the answers to that. What is does not is that Xasha betrays Fett, by selling his genetic material to the Empire (not a plot that makes much sense since they already had that DNA through Jango but whatever). It is possible to interpret the Xasha relationship as the incident that finally completes Fett's transition from the relatively contained and mellow Clone Wars version to the supremely cold and mechanical man seen in Empire Strikes Back and beyond.

 

Puritan Boba is the only real Boba. Out of all the changes to the character, making Fett promiscuous is the hardest for me to stomach, mainly because that scene he had with half-naked slave Leia in The Last One Standing is so brilliant (like the rest of the story).

Besides, he's supposed to be Jango Fett's clone. You know, the guy who chose cloning for procreation.

 

So where does his sleeping with Daala fit into this?
