Should Boba have had a mom?

Just want to know what you think, should Boba Fett have had a mother instead of being a direct clone of Jango?

 

Jango Fett was a solitary man. All he had time for was his contracts.

Dating was out of the question.

I would imagine that he was feeling lonely, that is why he asked for Boba.

 

No I dont think he should. Would Boba turn into a bounty hunter if he had a mom?

Nope, he shouldn't have a mother. It seems to be a pattern with the PT children: they either don't have a mother or a father, or they were taken from their parents and trained as Jedi, or (hopefully in Episode 3) they'll be separated and given to the care of strangers.

 

Well I would have to say that Boba not having a mother was a relief to me- who would have married a guy like Jango?


Better yet, who would have had as ruthless a kid as Boba?


If Boba would have had a mom he would have either...

a.) Not become a bounty hunter

b.) Become a bounty hunter because of his father (most likely against his mother's wishes)

or...

c. Become a bounty hunter due to poor parenting




Any way, I would say Boba is better off without having a mom.

I have a visoin of a scene in Episode 3:

Mace Windu and Boba Fett are fighting on some planet, then Mace chops a hand off Boba, he flees on a strange construction.

Then Mace reaches out his hand:
"Come with me, Boba.!"
Boba: "I Will never join you. You killed my father!"
Mace reflects.
"Yes, but: I AM your mother."
Boba: "NOOOO!"

 

It's tragic he doesn't, but it made for an interesting character twist, didn't it?

False! In bounty hunter (the game), Jango keeps talking to Rozatta throughout the game. He talks about when he was in his Mandalorian group and stuff. The reason he asked for boba was because he wanted to pass himself on, he did not want to be forgoten. Not because he was lonely.

 

After playing Bounty Hunter, and seeing the Jango Fett graphic novel, it seems Zam and Jango would've been great together, it's a shame he had to kill her.

Boba Fett didn't need to have a mom! If he did have one that would be stupid! He's better off being a Clone!

 

maybe if he had a mom, he could have gotten little boba could have gotten rid of his curly hair a lot earlier.

but also i could just imagine if he had both parents:

mrs. fett: now boba, don't get into any fights today...
jango: but if you do, you know what to do son <winks at him>
<boba looks at both parents and shrugs>
boba: whatever. i'll just do what i think is right.
mrs. boba: good little boba <mrs. fett walks away.
boba: i'll beat and kill the clone that's been bothering me.
jango: good boba.

Ret really? did he breast feed him too? jkjk. couldn't resist. I think that Zam and Jango would have under different circumstances have made a great couple but since they're both bounty hunters they couldn't go any further then maybe a few "secret encounters" (couldn't resist there either) they would eventually have had to keep the relationship professional. But since Zam and Boba were friends it really would have been a sliding doors idea to see how it would go if zam or any other woman was his "mother". Maybe he wouldn't get so depressed. ( I KNOW HE IS! HE HAS TO BE!)
