FF:VIC Should the Victorian Forum adopt the banner?

I think that this decision should be up to the people of the Victorian forum. Silmarillion has been kind enough to create for us a wonderful banner for the Victorian Forum. You can check it out here

Once you vote though I'm afraid that you'll have to post your name and vote to avoid anyone from coming into the forum and using Socks to repeatedly vote. The decision is yours.
