SIDEWALK WARS - Premiere Night!

The world premiere of the Star Wars fan film Sidewalk Wars will be held Friday, December 9 7:30 pm at the Peninsula College Little Theater in Port Angeles, Wa. There will be a costume contest before the film. Admission is free. There's more info at: www.sidewalkwars.com

I have one question; how did you talk a theater into showing your movie?

 

We rented the large local college theater and billed it as 'Fan Film Night' Admission was free. It was shown on a 35 foot screen in blu-ray to a full house of about 400. Great sound. The whole cast was there and the response was fantastic with a standing ovation. Couldn't have gone better. There's some footage coming up on the web site soon. I'm now looking for a few receptive fan film/conventions if there's any suggestions(?)
