    having trouble sourcing a sidious/palpatine clasp
    any help would be great

    Reference photo, fimo, sandpaper (corase to fine grits), black spray paint, gloss varnish, clasp from a craft store.

    Mix the above and voila! Palpatine clasp!

    Also I think a company made a officially licenced version not too long ago. Try E-bay.
