I know many of us here are fans of Stargate SG-1 and I figure we need our own SG-1 thread because we are 1337 like that. Besides I needed to up my post count.

This is for discussion of the entire series as a whole, including the movie.

What is everyones favorite episode? I've gotta go with Heroes part 2 as that was truly awesome, even though my lovable doctor was KIA. It was totally well done and it truly honors the memory of Dr. Frasier.

Over the past month or so, I've engulfed myself in SG1. Yesterday was the horrible day in which I watched the final episode of season 7. I have no more SG1 until Nov when Amazon ships season 8 and season 1 of Atlantis.

All I have to say is:

OMFG: UBER Soldat (super soldier) of Anubis. kickarse.
Hawt Dr Janet Frasier died
Sam is still sexy.
Weapon of ancients = flying jellyfish... mmmmm could have been better.
X302's and Promethius coming to defend and kick arse. MINT.

That is all.

I have something to add.

SG1 PWNS ME IN THE FACE. ATLANTIS ALSO.

They just played a 6-episode marathon of the best SG1 episodes. Ahh, good stuff. The best, actually. Sesfan and I have been known to give each other the Jaffa greeting when we run into each other.

Na, SG1 stopped on free to air TV a few years back. I think it's on SKY TV, but it costs $$$... my flat mates were talking about getting SKY Digital last night... so maybe we'll get it. Dunno.

SG dreams rule. But it's more like I'm in 3rd person watching SG1... if I was there, in person. I'd so tap Tapping.

You're going to love Atlantis. Personaly I'm liking it more than the original at the moment. The Wraith are so cool as the main villians.

OMG I want it to be monday. Not because of school, but because of my dad getting the latest recorded episodes of SG1 and Atlantis.

I'm looking at all my DVD's and thinking... is there time and do I lack a sufficient amount of life to start the Sg1 seasopns again before I get season 8 and season 1 atlantis in Nov...

I'm thinking yes, but I'm not sure I really want to committ to it. I miss the smell of a beautiful woman, and I really need to get my mojo back out there. There is a man drought at the moment in NZ. Lots of single women, and yet apparently, not enough men to go around.

Boys, head over to NZ! Seriously, it's been in the TV and radio news etc. LAWL So I feel I should do my country proud and serve it... and serve the ladies too.

Are ALL of the unspoken for ladies liek hawt?

SOCOM is not wrong, much girls is only good if they = teh hawtness. Or if they have nice personalities.

The season finale was cool. Has me buying into this Origin storyline a little more. Kind of funny how the story line relates to the issue of today of Creationism vs. Evolution. Plus the son of Annubus(sp?)episode was interesting.

Hawtness is all that matters in the evening when with mates. Night time, beauty is only as good as the darkness of the room. Personality is only a problem the morning after.

Season finale was in fact QUITE good. I did like how they explained what the Auri are all about....was getting confused as to what they wanted.

I was seriously expecting the SGC to have to announce to the world about the Stargate but alas that didn't happen and instead some miracle drug saved the day!

Dude, last week's episode was awesome, with all the different SG1s coming through the gate. The ideas these guys come up with are amazing...

"We are not turning Stargate Command into the grand central station of the megaverse!"

The best part about last weeks was seeing Janet again. I was depressed when she was killed in season 7.

If by screw you mean Carter or Lamb then sure.

But the SGC lost the Promethus last week and that hurt. a lot.

...But that's okay, because now we have the Odyssey! Rock on!
