    Soon in the New Year. The guy finishing it up has been distracted with a sort of "Brewster's Millions" game, seeing if he can trade ALL of his mortgage money for various bottles of soda, nacho cheese chips, and party favors before people start showing up tomorrow.

    After New Year's Eve (followed by a suitable recovery and/or relocation* period) the newsletter will be finished up and sent out.

    *relocation because it may be easier to move to a new house than to clean the old one after this bonanza...
