We don't get more than 20% at times. I don't think you can beat that one.

 

So with the 40 % I can give you, you would still only be at 60% and then we would be at 60% and would truely be sister cities.

 

But we really wouldn't be a desert then if we had that much humidity now would we? Unless of course you can get us a few weeks of rain to get our water levels up, we might think about buying the humidity.

you realize that leads to using chapstick and lotion. I don't think there is enough lotion in the world that I can put on my legs to keep them from being so dry.
