Sith Theme Music

I have been looking everywhere to find out what the Sith theme is actually called. What is the track and CD? When I'm talking about Sith theme, I'm meaning the one with vocals (I believe it is played at the end of AOTC, but not sure) Please help, I've tried to find it everywhere else.

 

I assume you mean the Emperor's theme. There is no specific track for it, though it's used a lot in Return Of The Jedi and to somewhat lesser extent in The Phantom Menace, Attack Of The Clones, and Revenge Of The Sith.
